Like I said in the previous post, I do not wish to force my children. Therefore I do my best.
For food I try to coax get them to just have 1! etc.
I also blend things up with berries they love it. Whole bunch of vegetables with different types of organic fruits apples berries kiwis clementine lemon bananas passion fruit...
We eat lesser meat esp meat with a bad meat taste, pork mutton chicken fish shrimp do occasionally have bad meat taste.
